VIP Experience

Lee Nathan our show founder set up the VIP Experience after losing a very close friend at the age of 25 to testicular cancer in 2012 who also had a huge passion for cars.

Over the past 3 years we have worked close with charities to find that special little super star who may be suffering with an illness or disability who also has a passion for cars and to give them the chance to forget about things and just give them a good day out.

We are delighted to confirm our 2016 VIP Guest is a young super star called Jack Lyndon.

Jack has suffered since birth from a multitude of complicated health issues. He is severely visually impaired as a result of complex brain injuries, also bringing about other serious and life-affecting side effects such as seizures, mental delay and Tourette’s Syndrome.

Jack and his parents have been in and out of hospital his whole life, and they have relied heavily on the help and support that has been provided to them by Woodlands School.

Jack is a special little boy who is thoroughly deserving of a good day out and we can’t wait to show him a good time.

Congratulations Jack – a worthy recipient of this year’s VIP Experience at South West Auto Sport.

If you can help to make this day special for our VIP guest then please do not hesitate to get contact us - Lee Nathan is very keen to here from you.

Supporting Chicks

Southwest Autosport are pleased to be teaming up with the Chicks as our supporting charity for 2016.

CHICKS is a children's charity that provides free week-long respite breaks for disadvantaged children from across the UK — children that live in poverty, suffer abuse, are young carers or bereaved. The children enjoy a week long break at one of our retreats in Devon, Cornwall or Derbyshire. A CHICKS break inspires new confidence and gives children the chance to have fun, try new things and form positive childhood memories.

VIP Experience amazing stories

Southwest Autosport are proud to announce that with the help of Cancer Research we found our VIP for 2014.

We had the pleasure of meeting our VIP guest William. William was our little superhero, which at the age of 11, suffered from leukaemia. With strong support and recovery through his treatment, he is on the road to recovery, and we look to see him back again this year!

Southwest Autosport are proud to announce that with some help from Pat Duru, The Area Volunteer Assistant at Cancer Research we found our VIP's for 2013.

We have met up with an amazing young man called Harry who at the age of 14 has been suffering with non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. (The non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHLs) are a diverse group of blood cancers that include any kind of lymphoma except Hodgkin's lymphomas.)

Harry our VIP guest has a twin brother who attended the show with him as they both have a passion for cars.

Southwest Autosport are proud to announce that with some help from Pat Duru, The Area Volunteer Assistant at Cancer Research we found our VIP's for 2012. Ross Taylor at the age of 16 raised money for Cancer Research when his brother Luke Taylor who at the age of 21 was diagnosed with Lymphoma earlier this year.

Ross only wanted to raise a small amount after shaving off his own hair but through generosity of friends and family he managed to raise over £1000 via the just giving website and various fund raising activities - A Big Well Done!

Having met with Ross and Luke we are happy to report they are both very pleased and enjoyed the day.

Southwest Autosport would like to personally thank every that took part to make this a day to remember.
